A long-time employee of the National Institute of Public Health – National Institute of Hygiene. She specializes in survey on influence of anthropogenic pollution of the environment on health condition and tied to determine if and to what extent global pollution is responsible for the development of certain civilization diseases. She also conducts research on structural distribution of biomarkers of subjecting people to persistent organic pollution from the group of halogenoorganic compounds as an element of environmental impact. These include tissue and bodily fluids, body fat, breast milk, cord blood, placenta. In addition to determining the levels of selected compounds and estimating the amount of exposure to such compounds within different age groups, the risk estimation was also assessed, resulting from the presence of these compounds in food, using technological values and determining hazard profile.
